Note: This affects only VLV accounts that purchased items from Kitely Marketplace BEFORE April 17th 2019 (prior to OpenSim 0.9.0.1 update). If you have never before purchased anything from Kitely for your VLV avatar you will NOT have to do this.
Some of our users get this message on trying to purchase from Kitely MP:
To resolve that issue please go to your Kitely Market shopping cart and follow exactly the instructions below.
It's important you delete the avatar name before you delete the grid!!!
Please follow these steps:
Delete all items from your cart.
Delete the avatar name from the Deliver To area
Delete the grid definition
Switch Deliver To to "My Kitely Avatar"
Switch it back to "Other Avatar",
Add back the grid definition
Then type in the avatar name again
Here is how to add back our grid:
Our HG address is: virtuallearningvillage.org:8002
Then type back the name of the avatar you wish to have orders delivered to.
If all these steps above fail, it is possible, that you haven’t accepted the Kitely ToS (Terms of Service) yet. In this case please teleport with your grid's avatar to the Kitely Welcome Center. You will get a request to accept the ToS automatically. Then repeat the steps on Kitely Market again. To get to the Kitely Welcome Center, please open your inworld-map and paste the following address: grid.kitely.com:8002/ kitely welcome center
